I checked the hardware IDs and got this information:
ACPIVEN_SAM&DEV_0714

The problem was Airplane Mode Control Driver or Radio HID Mini-driver. I just downloaded and installed it using Samsung SW Update and everything fine.

@Alin & @sean: I got it in my Samsung Series 9 after upgraded it to Windows 8 Pro from windowsupgradeoffer.com and update automatically the driver using Samsung "SW Update", so I don't know the exact URL. I just copy from my computer.
